The Gator Modelers is a chartered club located in Gainesville, FL of the International Plastic Modelers Society (IPMS). 

We share a common interest in all aspects of scale miniatures, and welcome anyone who enjoys building models, regardless of the subject.   Our members have interests in castles, cars, aircraft, tanks, figures, trains, and everything in between. 

In addition to sharing techniques and encouraging each other in our projects, we also have guest speakers of historical significance, such as a Tuskeegee Airmen, B26 Pilot, Cold War Fighter Pilots, Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom veterans and others. The Gator Modelers are also involved in our community participating in numerous events during the year, like local air shows, museum collector days and others.
